Brain Injury Specialist | Cognitive Rehabilitation Provider | Speech-Language Pathologist | Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner
Brain injury can affect far more than memory and attention. It can change how you think, communicate, connect with others, navigate everyday life - and even how you experience yourself.
My 12-week integrative cognitive rehabilitation program takes a whole-person approach, recognizing that your brain, body, and nervous system are deeply connected.
Through personalized cognitive rehabilitation, Somatic Experiencing®, and supportive group learning, I help you strengthen cognitive skills, regulate your nervous system, improve communication, and develop practical strategies you can begin using in everyday life.
Because recovery is about more than cognition. It's about reconnecting with yourself, your relationships, and your life.

Your Brain Injury Specialist
Speech-Language Pathologist • Brain Injury Specialist • Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner
I bring together expertise in cognitive rehabilitation, Somatic Experiencing®, and nervous system regulation to help people move beyond the challenges of brain injury and discover new possibilities for their lives.
My clinical experience, combined with extensive training in somatic practices, meditation, breathwork, and movement, informs a unique, whole-person approach that addresses cognition, trauma, emotional well-being, communication, and relationships.
I created Life Beyond Brain Injury, a 12-week integrative program combining personalized cognitive rehabilitation, trauma recovery, body-based practices, and supportive group learning to help you build practical skills and reconnect with what matters most.
My goal is to help you rediscover your strengths, build greater confidence and connection, and create new possibilities for a life that feels fully your own.
The LBBI Approach
More than brain training. A whole-person approach to life after brain injury.
What becomes possible when cognitive rehabilitation addresses not only how you think, but also how you feel, connect, and experience your life?
At Life Beyond Brain Injury, my 12-week integrative program combines personalized cognitive rehabilitation, Somatic Experiencing®, nervous system regulation, and supportive group learning.
Through individual sessions, interactive groups, and hands-on activities, you'll develop practical strategies to strengthen memory, attention, executive function, communication, and everyday independence, while building greater self-awareness and addressing the effects of trauma.
We'll also explore neuroplasticity, creativity, relationships, intimacy, and social connection, helping you develop new skills and bring meaningful changes into everyday life.
Because recovery is about more than cognitive abilities.
It's about rediscovering your strengths, reconnecting with yourself and others, and creating new possibilities for the life you want to live.
LBBI Program
If brain injury has changed the way you think, communicate, work, connect with others, or experience yourself, this individualized program is designed to help you move forward.
We work with your brain, body, and nervous system as an interconnected whole - using body-based practices to support regulation and create stronger conditions for learning, cognitive function, and neuroplastic change.
From there, we build the cognitive skills that matter in your life - strengthening attention, memory, executive function, processing, and communication while developing strategies that help you navigate everyday demands with greater ease.
Along the way, you'll learn how to work with your brain and body, recognize what supports you, and build greater clarity, capacity, confidence, and connection.
Because recovery after brain injury is about more than managing symptoms or improving cognitive skills.
It's about creating more capacity for everything that makes life feel like life.
There is more possible. Let's discover it together.
Through personalized cognitive rehabilitation, nervous system regulation, and meaningful connection, you'll develop practical skills, discover new strengths, and build greater confidence and capacity to engage with yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to live.
